In accordance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce legislation, Flintn TM ("Flintn", "we", "our") maintains the following official communication channels for customer inquiries, refund requests, complaints, and chargeback disputes:

All communications to Flintn must be submitted via the above channels to be deemed valid for contractual and regulatory purposes.
Support Hours & Response Standards
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Eastern European Time (EET), excluding public holidays in the Republic of Cyprus.
Acknowledgement: Written acknowledgement of receipt will be issued within two (2) business days.
Substantive Response: A detailed written response will be provided within fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt, or within thirty-five (35) business days in exceptional circumstances, in line with applicable EU and Cypriot regulations.
Complaints Handling Procedure

Submission
Complaints must include the customer’s full name, contact details, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
2.
Investigation
Flintn will conduct an impartial investigation, considering all relevant facts, applicable laws, and contractual terms.
3.
Outcome Notification
The customer will be informed in writing of the decision, reasons, and, where applicable, proposed remedies.
4.
Escalation
If dissatisfied, the customer may escalate the complaint to the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service or to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, details of which will be provided upon request.
Language of Communication
All official correspondence will be conducted in the English language, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Updates to This Policy
This Policy is effective as of [Effective Date]. Flintn reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Policy on our website and, where required by law or where changes are material, by notifying registered users via email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
