As the Merchant of Record, we sell products in our own name but for the benefit of the Merchant. We handle payment collection, invoicing, tax calculation, and, when necessary, refunds.

The Merchant remains responsible for the quality, operation, licensing, and content of the product or service. If you experience any technical issues or have questions about the product itself, you should contact the Merchant directly. Our support team can assist only with billing or payment-related matters.

You may use our services only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout and to comply with all applicable laws.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity occurring under your account.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including all applicable taxes.

Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice issued by Flint^{n TM}, acting as the Merchant of Record. Payment processing may be performed directly by us or by authorized third-party payment processors on our behalf.

Some products or services may be offered on a recurring-subscription basis. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize Flint^{n TM} to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the start of each renewal period (monthly, annual, or as displayed at checkout) until you cancel.

Before renewal, you will receive a reminder email (where required by law) indicating the renewal date, plan details, and applicable amount. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings, the link provided in your order-confirmation email, or by contacting support@flintn.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply after cancellation.

We calculate, collect, and remit all applicable sales taxes, value-added tax (VAT), goods-and-services tax (GST), or similar levies according to local legislation in your billing jurisdiction.

The total amount displayed at checkout includes any such taxes, unless clearly stated otherwise. The specific rate and treatment of taxes depend on your billing address and the applicable laws of your country.

For Merchants using our platform, the obligations related to tax collection, remittance, and reporting are governed by the Merchant Agreement, which forms an integral part of the overall contractual relationship between Flint^{n TM} and each Merchant.

After your payment is successfully confirmed, you will receive access to, or a license key for, the purchased product. Delivery usually occurs immediately, but in some cases may take additional time depending on the Merchant’s system.

If you require help with the functionality, content, or performance of the product, please contact the Merchant directly using the contact details provided in your order confirmation or on the product’s official website. Flint^{n TM} provides support solely for billing, payment, and refund-related matters, not for technical product assistance.

You agree that you will not misuse our checkout system or attempt to interfere with any payment process. You must not engage in fraudulent behavior, misuse chargebacks, or manipulate refund procedures.

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of export-control, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

Consumers residing in the European Union may also access the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
