Flintn TM operates as the Merchant of Record (MOR) for all transactions processed through this platform.

This means we handle payment processing, invoicing, taxes, and, where applicable, refunds on behalf of independent third-party sellers ("Merchants").

If your question relates to the functionality, quality,content, or delivery of the product or service you purchased, please contact the Merchant directly. The Merchant is the provider of the product and is responsible for technical support, feature updates, and content access.

You can typically find the Merchant’s contact details on the product’s official website, in the order confirmation email you received after completing your purchase, or on the product access page or user dashboard.

If you are unable to reach the Merchant directly or cannot locate their contact information, please reach out to us at support@flintn.com. Our team will review your request and, where possible, forward it to the appropriate Merchant to ensure your issue is addressed.

Flintn TM does not create or manage the products sold through our platform. We facilitate secure payments and ensure consumer protection standards are met, but all content-related inquiries must be directed to the respective Merchant.
