Checkout Buyer Terms

Effective Date: Oct 29, 2025

Overview

These Checkout Buyer Terms ("Checkout Terms") explain the conditions that apply when you complete a purchase through the checkout operated by Flintn TM ("we", "us", or "our").

We act as the Merchant of Record (MOR) for your transaction. This means that we are the official seller and payment processor responsible for collecting your payment, issuing your invoice, and handling all applicable taxes and refunds.

The products or services you purchase are provided by an independent Merchant (the creator or supplier of the product). By completing your purchase, you agree to these Checkout Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Role of the Merchant of Record

When you make a payment, your contract for the purchase is legally concluded with Flintn TM, acting as Merchant of Record.

We handle payment processing and issue your receipt or invoice.

However, we are not responsible for the development, content, or functionality of the purchased product. The Merchant remains solely responsible for providing access to the digital content or service and for all technical or functional support related to it.

Completing a Purchase

When you confirm your order at checkout, you authorize Flintn TM to process the payment using the payment method you selected (for example, credit card, PayPal, or digital wallet).

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated.

You agree to ensure that your payment information is valid and that you have sufficient funds or credit available to complete the transaction.

Taxes and Invoicing

We calculate and collect applicable sales taxes, VAT, or GST as required by local law, based on your billing address.

Your receipt or invoice will be issued by Flintn TM, showing the total amount paid, including taxes where applicable.

You will receive your invoice electronically after the transaction is completed.

Delivery of Digital Content

Once your payment is successfully processed, access to the purchased digital content or service will be provided automatically or via an email from the Merchant.

Delivery times may vary depending on the Merchant’s system, but most products are available immediately after payment confirmation.

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, please first check your spam folder or the Merchant’s website, and then contact the Merchant directly for assistance.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason, provided that you have not yet accessed, downloaded, or used the digital content.

By clicking "Purchase" or completing your order, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once access begins.

Refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can request a refund by contacting Flintn TM at support@flintn.com.

We may require reasonable proof of purchase and will process your request as soon as possible in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.

Product Support and Merchant Contact

For all questions related to the functionality, features, or quality of the product or service you purchased, you must contact the Merchant directly. Our role is limited to processing payments and managing financial transactions. We do not provide technical support, product updates, or troubleshooting for the Merchant’s product.

Merchant contact details are usually available on the product’s website or in the confirmation email you received after purchase.

Fraud Prevention and Payment Security

We reserve the right to cancel any order or block a transaction if we detect suspicious activity, potential fraud, or a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our approved payment partners. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers.

Errors and Cancellations

If there is a pricing or technical error at checkout, we may cancel or adjust the transaction. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and issue a refund if payment was already made.

You may not reverse a transaction through your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team, as this may delay or complicate the refund process.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flintn TM shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the checkout, including lost profits, loss of data, or delays in delivery.

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the transaction in question.

Governing Law

These Checkout Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you reside in the EU, you may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
